Icon offers a simple reactive solution to address our customer’s exterior lighting and signage repair and maintenance needs. Icon’s On-Call Maintenance Program offers the reassurance that your brand will be fully serviced when issues arise with your signage and lighting elements. The program is simple and works when you need it to. When an outage or repair is needed, the retailer’s representative contacts their dedicated Icon maintenance team. The request process then follows mutually agreed upon SLA’s (Service Level Agreements).

Preventative Maintenance

Icon offers a customizable hassle-free solution to address our customer’s exterior lighting, signage repair and maintenance needs. A retailer’s on-premise signage sets the expectation for their customer’s experience at brick and mortar locations. Many retailers choose Icon’s Preventative Maintenance Program as a pro-active approach to ensure their brand identity is always looking its best. Our menu of services is fully customizable to suit our customer’s individualized scope.

We utilize the most to date proprietary software to keep our employees and customers at the forefront of information.

Dispatch & Routing Table

Icon’s trained team can be deployed to one or multiple locations nationwide. Based on the program’s specification, Icon is able to develop a survey using a series of “either/or” logic in order to provide response clarity.

The survey feedback (including images) is captured using Icon’s proprietary tablet technology – DART and then uploaded in real time to our ERP system. The ERP system stores all data relating to our client's program and can provide static or dynamic results, depending on preference. Our clients own this data and have web access 24/7.
