BMO Harris Bank

Goal: To successfully meet the aggressive 3-month implementation schedule. We immediately began removals and building repairs and our signage was delivered for installation on time and on budget.

Scope of Work: Damage to a high rise letter set created the need for BMO to inspect every sign installed over 3 stories above grade.

Results: Inspection guidelines and checklists were sent to only qualified high rise sign installation specialists who would inspect the sign, mounting points and structure to ensure integrity.  Each inspection required a completed checklist which was sent to BMO and JLL for future reference and inspections.
