Goal: Improve the brand by ensuring fewer outages and encouraging location managers to make repairs.

Scope: National coverage and an inexpensive option for quarterly visits.

Results: Icon developed a program where a technician will arrive quarterly to inspect and repair outages found. Our program solved the need for more attention to exterior signs and lighting, but also offers an inexpensive way to ensure someone is looking at the branding.
