Goal: To complete a full rebranding from Wyeth to Pfizer and install with only 18-hours-notice.

Scope of Work: Manufacturing of interior and exterior signage.

Results: The logistical planning and manufacturing took place 12 weeks prior to the conversion date and preparation for the installation was well choreographed. Overnight success. Icon was given 18-hours to mobilize and install all 56 sites. The sites were converted overnight so that daybreak welcomed a the Pfizer brand. With the program’s initial introduction complete, the team proceeded to implement the conversion of the remaining 100 global locations.
